Art first entered Jérôme’s life through music, which he played as a young man. Playing music provided him with a vital escape during his turbulent childhood. Later, he developed a sensitivity to the use of his hands, which allowed him to reconnect to his body and the present moment. He finds in art a way to regulate his emotions. Today, he creates spontaneously, authentically and intuitively, following his emotional pulsions in the fields of writing, photography (Polaroid and analogue), painting, drawing and ceramics. He is constantly experimenting with various new techniques.
